  • Team T-shirts should be collected directly from your Regional Team Manager
  • On race day crews must check in at registration (to collect numbers etc) no more than 40 minutes before their race.
  • Coxes will be able to weigh in from 8am

SUPPPORTERS & TOWING VEHICLES

  • Anyone supporting or bringing up competitors must park in either the Family Fun Car Park (near the Country Park) or Car Park B (past the main entrance).  The NWSC parking stewards may use alternative car parks on the day so their instructions must be followed.  Vehicles must not be parked on any grass verges as they are likely to be soft and you will be liable for a parking fine.  Spectator and competitor vehicles must not be parked in the main car park. There will be a £10 charge for parking on the day for all car parks.

  • Towing Vehicles will not be charged for parking. Towing Vehicle Permits are available from the Honorary Secretary and must be displayed in the towing vehicle on arrival.

  • “Towing Vehicle” applies only to vehicles towing a trailer carrying one or more boats to the Regatta.  This excludes vehicles that are not towing a trailer even those carrying a boat on the roof rack. Vehicles transporting only blades, riggers, parts, equipment, accessories and/or personnel are not counted as towing vehicles.

  • Programmes will be charged at £1 and will be available at the registration huts and Secretary's hut.

  • Cycling, Skating and Rollerblading is prohibited in all Regatta enclosures and in the boating area. The south side of the course will be closed to unauthorised users from half an hour before racing starts, until half an hour after racing has finished. Cyclists etc. must give way at all times to pedestrians and service vehicles of the Regatta.’’

GAZEBOS

  • Gazebos and marquees may be pitched to the rear (top) of the Grassy Bank near the scoreboard.

  • No gazebo, marquee, tent or other like structure may be pitched except on a designated pitch and displaying a permit.

  • Pitches must be reserved and paid for in advance and no later than noon on Thursday, 20th April 2017.

  • The size of a pitch is 40’ x 20’ but no structure may be larger than 30’ x 20’ to allow room between structures.  However, two pitches may be booked for larger structures and may be pitched if the prevailing ground conditions permit.

  • Any structures that remain pitched overnight must be securely fastened and remain entirely at your own risk.

  • Pitches are charged at a daily rate of £30 per pitch.

  • Pitches may be booked direct with the Honorary Secretary by emailing secretary.jirr@gmail.com. Once a pitch has been booked and payment received, the permit should be collected from the Secretary’s Office near the Finish Tower.

  • Full terms and conditions are available on the online booking page.
